We found Vern pretty last-minute for my dad's wedding, and struck gold.

From the initial zoom call, through the day itself and then the - very fast - processing of the shots, everything was smooth and easy.

The photos themselves are really, really great. I always worry how to write a positive review without it seeming fake.

We really couldn't be happier - I just wish we'd had Vern for my own wedding!

I contacted Vern very late in the day, as my son had decided, to get the register office bit of the wedding over and done with before the main event in India.

I gave him the brief which was, Start at the Rex Hotel where they were staying, then to Piccolinos’s where I’d set up a private function, then onto the registrar for the official bit, and finally to The Tiffin Room.

En route I wanted informal photographs of the group and pictures of Manchester. I didn’t want any staged, stuffy pictures.

Oh I say…. He went above and beyond the brief. As an estate agent for over 30 years I understand the importance of an image captured properly, a moment in time…. I couldn’t emphasise this point enough to Vern and after looking at his portfolio this was one of the reasons that I commissioned him.All I can say the brief was filled… beyond my expectations.
